MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for developing relations with institutions including Government Departments/ NGOs/ Corporate/ MFIs and build a portfolio around institutional and bulk sustainable energy products and services.
REPORTING TO: Operations Head
DIRECT REPORTS: Project and Customer Support Executives
LIST OF RESPONSIBILITES AND TASKS:
- Work towards designing products and services which might interest institutions who work for bettering the quality of life of under privileged households.
- Build relations with Government Departments, Corporates and NGOs seeking to promote sustainable energy services for institutions and households.
- Liaison with Financial Institutions including banks, co-operatives, and MFIs for marketing and financing households and businesses for buying sustainable products and services.
- Set, plan and work towards achieving a challenging target for marketing sustainable energy products and services to institutions.
- Work as a link between R&D team and institutional clients to introduce new products, services and channels of distribution.
COMPETENCIES:
Technical/Professional
- MBA/ Post Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Knowledge and/ or Interest in Renewable Energy.
- Knowledge and/ or Interest in Micro finance/ NGOs.
- Sensitivity to the needs of underserved population and households.
